At Shipko Marine & Offshore Supplies, we handle the delivery of food and non-food supplies to the maritime and offshore industries. To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a Order Manager Ship Supply. Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? Are you ready to take ownership of orders, keep things running smoothly, and make sure ships get what they need—right on time? Then this role is for you!

What will you do?

• Sourcing and selecting the best suppliers for customer requests
• Negotiating deals and locking in agreements
• Managing purchase orders from start to finish
• Keeping a sharp eye on delivery deadlines

As part of our energetic Order Management team, you’ll make sure shipments are complete and ready before the next port calls. You’ll also meet captains on board, connect with shipping companies, and translate feedback into real improvements that make a difference.

What do you bring?

We’re looking for someone who can stay cool under pressure, thinks in solutions and delivers excellent service, holds a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), and communicates fluently in English. Affinity with the maritime industry would be the icing on the cake!
